MGM Remote Support Tutorial

The following steps below illustrate how to let a MGM Communications technician remotely control your computer.

Step 1

- Click on the MGM Remote Support Button to download the software to your computer.

Step 2

- You should then get a pop up window asking where to save the file. It should be similar to the pictures below. We recommend saving this file to your Desktop, for easy access.

Step 3

- Then double click on the MGM.exe file that is now on your Desktop. You should then see a window that looks like this:

Just ignore the warning message and click on the Run button.

Step 4

- Now the remote support program is up. Just double click where it says to in the message box, and your computer will then try to establish a connection with our server. After it connects we can then begin to remotely control your PC! See the pictures below for more detail.
